---Tourism for Corporation’s Advanced Workers in 2017 to Yunnan and Tailand

In order to build a good atmosphere to learn from advanced workers and for the appreciation and encouragement of their work achievement, our corporation had organized part of the advanced workers flying to Yunnan in January 29th and Thailand in February 5th based on their own will for the tourism destination.

For the eleven of advanced workers, Yunnan had been their dreamed place where they had enjoyed the spa villa, tasted delicate cuisine and watched the stage play. The makeable memory belongs to the charming vision of Tengchong. It was also a good opportunity for them to get together with their beloved family member sharing the beautiful beach scenery. It must be a laxative and enjoyable journey for them to know the local customs. 

For the another 27 advanced workers, the Thailand journey brought them deep impression of resplendent and magnificent Grand Palace, engineer wonder of Golden House, clear and bottomless Jinsha Island and lively Buddist mural. They had also shared the wonderful memory with their family members along all the beautiful scenery.

It is not only a way to broaden their horizon and acquire more knowledge but also the way for all of them to feel the caring from Eppen Family. Finally, some of the advanced workers ’family members had expressed their support to Eppen’s career and gave the best wishes to Eppen’s future development.

The tourism is an exploring way of our corporation’s reward. If all of staff are preferring this kind of rewarding, we will carry out the tourism reward in the future aimed to foster working passion, senses of honor and belonging. 

As we have arranged, the Thailand journey for second team of advanced workers will be started in March 6th.
